Step 1: Application Form
- To begin, please complete the application form and submit registration fee. The applicant must take an assessment to show level of English language proficiency (included in fee). The office sends assessment information to the applicant’s email. We advise applicants who do not meet the required English level join at a later date.

Step 2: Provisional acceptance
- The admissions office reviews student’s full profile. This includes work experience, academic records, and assessment score.
- If the application is successful, we send the course invitation letter. In the letter, we invite the applicant to interview with a staff member.
- During the interview, the admissions office reviews open positions and assesses career goals. Also, our staff makes sure that documents are in order.
The office notifies the applicant right away if they do not pass the interview phase. In this case, we communicate reason for denial along with suggestions for next steps.
Step 3: Confirmation of acceptance
- The office issues a confirmation letter to accepted students. The deposit of
IDR 8,000,000.00 is due 30 days before the course start date. If the deposit is not paid on time, the place in the course is not guaranteed. The paid deposit goes toward total tuition fees.
- Once we confirm placement, students get detailed information for arrival at training facility.
